Meet Meghan

Hi, I’m Meghan. I’m a music therapist, community song leader, mother, and founder of Mountain Health Music. For me, music has always been about connection.

Whether it’s writing a song with a patient at the bedside or weaving harmonies with a roomful of voices, I’m continually inspired by the ways interactive music-making can transform moments, relationships, and even whole communities. My work is rooted in a simple belief: music changes us for the better when we share it.

Whether you’ve arrived here seeking support for your residents, a loved one, or simply are drawn to the joy of raising your voice with others, I hope you find something here that resonates.
